Ensures compliance with the tools and methods across processo teams.
Frames ande escalates issues related to the integration processes.
Works with team leades on use of integration process and services.
Provides status reports to the Deploy Manager.
Manager integrated services, processes and methods for the country/cluster.
Works with team leads and process team leades on the definition, implementation and execution of data conversion ( material master, vendor , AP, AR, Customer and others master data _.
Liaise with Downstream One team on delivery of cleansed data .Manage and support production of functional specification for data extracts required.
Define overall approach for business validation and sign off of designated data objects.
Ensure integration of process and data conversion design across. Process teams .
Overall responsibility for the preparation and execution of confirmation acceptance , test scripts/scenarios with local business representatives.
Prepare and execute CUTOVER- SAP MM
Prepare and participate in LiVE Simulations prior to Go Live.
Provide post-cutover support.
