The LATAM Services Delivery Project Manager (SD PM) is responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure service projects, including (but not limited to) those related to Hardware Equipment (both Server and End-User), Core Applications, Telecommunications and Networks. Also, Vendor's management.
His role includes selecting, blueprinting, gothering requirements, designing, and deploying those infrastructure services to the Business.
Participate and support the IT Projects conducted by other areas, such as IT Operations and IT Solutions, every time it touches the SD area directly or indirectly.
Supervise and support the third-party teams working in the different project where he's involved, guaranteeing the quality of the services provided take place as expected.
The SD PM is also responsible to ensure infrastructure projects throughout the region reach their business expectations, in terms of quality of service and time to market.
Finally, as part of the SD team, he must collaborate to preserve IT services availability throughout the two regions (South and North Latam).

Track and report on progress to plan
Analyze the actual performance against the plan and adjust consistently with planned objectives
Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues

Key Duties and responsibilities:
Lead the local and/or regional efforts in the IT infrastructure projects conducted in the perimeter
Analyze user requirements and design the specifications for infrastructure demands
Analyze and propose technical specifications and scope in the infrastructure and support services projects in local a regional perimeter
Produce project charts and conduct kickoff meetings
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Work with others IT departments to understand and define the needs from the infrastructure side
Identifies resources / work streams and assign responsibilities
Manahge the project meetings along with communicating to the project stakeholders
Minimize exposure and project risks
Manage project budget (CAPEX). Track and report team hours and expenses (OPEX)
Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored properly
Effectively applies our methodoly and enforces projects standards
Design and deliver end-user coaching and coaching materials (training)
Provides detailed and timely status update to management: Problem's evolution, project's status report, highlitghts and issues
Supervise and support project's teams in guaranteeing the quality provided take place as expected
Act as a problem manager conducting the process until its resolution according to the SOP standards

Key Competencies and KPIs:
Requires of experience in IT infrastructure projects and leadership experience
Requires of experience on IT support services
Must have experience dealing with various levels within company and with third-party vendors
Must have experience in server administration based on MS Windows Plataform
Technical knowledge regarding LAN / WAN / Telecom
Previous background in ITIL process and PMI framework is desirable
Experience in the infrastructure subjects is required
Management experience (projects, processes, and resources / people) is desirable
Experience in the consumer goods industry is desirable (but not mandatory)

Experience with MS project, MS office suite, MS powerpoint, MS visio
Customer and results oriented
English, Portuguese and Spanish are mandatory

Technical skills:
IT Service Management > SCCM, AirWatch, InTune, Remedy Force
Building / Office move projects (Datacenter, Wiring, Infrastructure, Transition)
LAN and WAN design, implementation, and support > Cisco
Centralized printing services > HP, Ricoh, etc.
Design MPLS, Internet Cisco I-WAN and corporate wireless networks
Cloud and Azure Server Migrations
Virtualization of Servers and Platforms
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cloud Directory Services
Cyber Security concepts: Encryptions, Proxy, A / V, etc.
SharePoint online of file server infrastructure migration projects experience (Desirable)
VoIP & Telephony migrations projects experience (Cisco CUCM, Skype 4B) (Desirable)
Availability to travel: 5% of work time (São Paulo, Mexico City & eventually Buenos Aires or Bogota)
